Paula Deen's Ny Strip Steak w/ Melting Tarragon Sauce

This recipe is easy, yet makes a great steak. The melting sauce is what really gives the steak its flavor, and is quite delicious. I ate mine with some buttered corn, but you may also serve it with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli with cheese, sauteed mushrooms, etc. Check out my video tutorial and learn how to make this great meal.
